Refund Policy

(Applicable to Website, Application, Software Development, and Marketing Services)

At Nexthikes IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd., we strive to deliver high-quality IT services with complete transparency and professionalism. Our refund policy outlines the terms under which a refund or cancellation may be considered for services offered by us.

1. Services

All payments made towards website, application, software development, or marketing services are non-refundable once the project has been initiated, resources allocated, or any development work has commenced.

However, in exceptional cases where the project has not yet entered the execution phase, refund eligibility will be reviewed based on the stage of work completed and administrative costs incurred.

Refunds, if approved, may be subject to a deduction of up to 20% of the total project cost to cover consultation, planning, and resource blocking charges.

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Completed milestones or delivered work.
  • Digital marketing, SEO, paid campaign, or social media services once campaigns are launched.
  • Third-party services or subscriptions purchased on behalf of the client (e.g., hosting, domain, SSL, software licenses, etc.).

2. Project Cancellation

A client may request project cancellation before development work has started.

  • If payment has been made and work has not yet commenced, the refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days after internal review.
  • Once project execution begins (design, development, or marketing activities), cancellation is not eligible for refund.

Nexthikes IT Solutions reserves the right to cancel or postpone a project in the event of client-side delays, incomplete requirements, or payment default.

3. Change Requests and Additional Work

Any new functionality, design change, or feature addition identified during code review, testing, or after delivery will be treated as additional work. Such additional work will attract an extra cost ranging from 10% to 20% of the total project cost depending on the scope, and the project timeline will increase proportionately.

4. Delivery & Revision Policy

All projects include revisions as agreed in the proposal or service agreement. Additional revisions or scope expansions beyond the agreed terms will be chargeable.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on client-side dependencies, approvals, or third-party integrations.

5. Refund Process (if applicable)

If a refund is approved (under exceptional circumstances):

  • It will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after written confirmation.
  • Refunds will be made only for the unutilized or undelivered portion of the service.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not applicable to the following:

  • Partially or fully delivered projects.
  • Domain registration, hosting, email, or SSL purchases.
  • Digital marketing campaigns once executed.
  • Monthly retainer-based or subscription-based services.
  • Source code or intellectual property once transferred.
  • Delay due to client-side dependencies or communication gaps.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 days of our confirmation:

  • Please check with your bank or payment provider.
  • If the issue persists, contact us at info@nexthikes.com with your payment details for verification.

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes or refund-related matters shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
